Responsibilities: Instruction, curriculum development, assessment of student learning, and oversight of laboratory supplies and equipment. Teaching schedule may include day or evening hours.
Minimum Requirements: A bachelor’s or associate’s degree, preferably in an aviation, industrial science, or business field with current FAA certification as an aviation mechanic for both airframe and power plant maintenance, as well as a minimum of three years prior experience as an instructor or supervisor with teaching or training responsibilities. Successful candidates must be able to create effective active learning environments, must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft applications, must be flexible, must exhibit initiative, and must work closely with all ASU Mid-South staff and students.
