Responsibilities: Responsible for instruction, curriculum development, assessment of student learning, and oversight of laboratory supplies and equipment. Preference given to candidates who understand active learning and divergent learning styles. Teaching schedule may include day or evening hours.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and professional certifications which support the ASU Mid-South curriculum including web design, Cisco, Unix/Linux, A+/computer repair; previous teaching experience; good written and oral communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to teach culturally and educationally diverse students. Previous experience with curriculum development and the assessment of student learning will be a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft software applications is required, and previous use of Canvas, Blackboard or another LMS is a plus.
