This part-time position reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Institutional Planning and Effectiveness and is primarily responsible for managing the Administration reception desk and performing clerical duties, including data entry and filing.
Responsibilities:
1. Support a professional office environment with efficiency and courtesy, focused on institutional responsiveness to external visitors, students, and co-workers.
2. Route foot traffic from students, vendors and colleagues properly.
3. Provide clerical support to Institutional Effectiveness and Advancement offices, including the preparation of correspondence and reports.
4. Maintain Foundation files and donor records in accordance with internal policies and applicable privacy laws.
5. Respond to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include excellent interpersonal, organizational, and computer application skills (including Outlook and Excel); ability to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision; experience multi-tasking in a busy environment; and the ability to enter data accurately. Knowledge of and documented volunteer service hours within the local community is a plus.

Salary: $12.00 per hour
