If you are a 18-26 year old male and a U.S. Citizen, remember about Selective Service!
All male U.S. citizens ages eighteen (18) to twenty-six (26) must register with the Selective Service before registering for classes. This requirement does not apply to veterans and others exempt by federal law.

Apply to ASU Mid-South
Fill in the Admission Application by clicking Apply Now.
An admissions application is good for two years. Afterwards, a new application will need to be submitted.
Print off the signature page at the end of the application.
Sign the signature page in ink.
Scan or take a picture of the signature page and send the signature page to: admissions@asumidsouth.edu.
The signature page may also be hand-delivered to the Enrollment Services Office in Room 103 of the Reynolds Center or mailed to:

What documents do I need
Any documents submitted to ASU Mid-South will remain on file. They do not have to be re submitted.

Official Transcripts
Official transcripts must be sealed. Do NOT open the sealed envelope.
While it is preferred that transcripts be delivered in person, transcripts may be sent via US mail, fax or electronically. All faxed transcripts will be unofficial. When sending a transcript, please allow a couple of days for the transcript to be received and processed.

Request official high school transcripts with shot records and ACT/SAT test scores.
Request official college transcripts with shot records and test scores from all colleges attended. (If applicable)

Shot Records
If the transcripts do not include shot records, shot records may be picked up from your doctor’s office or the local health department. To submit your shot records.

Test Scores
If ACT test scores are not included with your transcript and the test has been taken, scores may be found online at: http://www.actstudent.org/scores/viewing-scores.html

If the ACT or SAT has not been taken, you may take the ACCUPLACER test in the ASU Mid-South Testing Center. To schedule the ACCUPLACER test, please Click Here. If the date you want to take it is unavailable, please testing@asumidsouth.edu
If help is needed finding out how to take the ACCUPLACER test or how to obtain test scores and/or transcripts, please click the New/Transfer/Concurrent tab and go to the Test Scores and/or Official Transcripts sections. Non-official transcripts will be accepted for transient students. An official transcript will not be needed. During the priority registration period listed on the academic calendar:
New Students will go to the Enrollment Services Office located in Room 130 of the Reynolds Center. Ask for the EOC Office to receive assistance with the ASU Mid-South admission process.
Returning Students will need to see their assigned advisor or go the Dr. Barbara C. Baxter Learning Success Center in the Reynolds Center to register for classes.
During the regular registration period listed on the academic calendar:
Students will be helped at the greeting tables located in the main hallway of the Reynolds Center during registration hours.
