ASU Mid-South Teaching Kitchen provides an excellent venue for corporate team building activities. ASU Mid-South will facilitate the activity in a state-of-the art kitchen, with a professional chef to lead, assist and evaluate. The corporate client has access to the conference area for dining and further team building, with video available. ASU Mid-South would be responsible for menu development, class formatting, ingredient procurement, all clean up and servicing.
The goal of the exercise is not to provide cooking skills; it is to provide a controlled environment that encourages teams to complete tasks and meet objectives. Team work is a critical piece of restaurant success and sets an excellent stage to develop and improve teamwork skills. The quality of the teamwork will directly impact the quality of the team dinner. And working in a commercial kitchen environment with a trained Chef should be a fun experience!
