An Arkansas resident who is a parent (male, female, married, single) or the legal guardian of a child under the age of 21 looking for education, training, with the ultimate goal of employment.

- What if I need to earn my GED?
We can help! Career Pathways can assist with you earning GED and continuing education / employment goals.
- How does child care assistance work?
We can assist with child care through a state-approved facility as listed on the DHS website. Hours will be approved based on class schedule during and around class times only. Career Pathways counselor will work with each approved student directly for approved days/times.
- Can you assist if I owe a balance to a school and/or are in default of student loans?
We are unable to enroll you in Career Pathways if you owe a balance and/or are in default. Our staff can help advise you on how to clear up these issues in order to become eligible.
- How do I apply?
You can complete the online qualification form and our staff will contact you ASAP. In the meantime, you can review the eligibility checklist link on our website and begin gathering all documents listed for your appointment.
