Our Promise to Crittenden County … A Tuition-free Experience!*
The Crittenden County Promise is open to all Crittenden County residents who, since graduating from high school or obtaining their GED, have never attended college. This is a stackable, last dollar scholarship (not including books or course fees). Students receiving financial aid who are Promise-eligible upon enrollment: Crittenden County Promise will guarantee your tuition for the duration of enrollment as long as minimum requirements are maintained!
Eligibility Requirements:
- Crittenden County resident;
- High school or GED graduate;
- High school GPA of 2.75 or GED score of 550;
- First-time entering, degree seeking student in an AA or AS degree program
Crittenden County Promise Applicants Must Complete for Fall 2025 semester:
- Complete an ASU Mid-South Application for Admission
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with School Code 015862
- Complete the ASU Mid-South Scholarship Application
Priority deadline is May 1, 2025. Applications will be accepted through extended deadline of August 1, 2025. Awards are subject to availability of funds.
Continuing Eligibility Requirements:
- Successful completion of an individualized student success plan each semester that money is awarded
- Maintain 2.75 GPA in all coursework
- Completion of FAFSA each year
- Completion of ASU Mid-South Scholarship Application each year
