Full-Time, Grant-Funded Position
(From the present until September 2026)
Minimum Qualifications:
· Associate degree in business or related area
· 3 years of previous experience in areas of responsibilities
· Consideration given to related college hours and 3-5 years of related experience
· Excellent computer application skills – email, word processing, spreadsheet and database, create and maintain calendar events and tasks preferably in Microsoft applications – and telephone skills;
· Attention to detail
· Ability to organize and execute multiple tasks, maintain a database and execute all responsibilities with minimal follow up,
· Ability to prepare, present, and review oral and written information and reports
· Ability to research and analyze related work program information.
· Ability to develop, recommend, interpret, and apply policies and procedures
· Ability to analyze financial records and prepare reports.
· Must have proficient knowledge of general office and record keeping procedures, research and analysis techniques and methods, standard office equipment, and basic mathematical calculations.
Responsibilities: Reports to the Title III Director with responsibility for ensuring an efficient, courteous, and customer-focused office environment and for providing general administrative support of Title III Staff. Duties include correspondence, meeting minutes, maintenance of grant files, and report preparation; ordering, distributing, and tracking materials and supplies; filing and electronically scanning grant documents; performing account reconciliation and compiling financial information to formulate budget and monitoring expenditures to ensure operating efficiency; scheduling and planning workshops, meetings, and travel; collecting and analyzing data to support grant objectives; preparing reports of data or policies and providing recommendations; providing information, assistance, and clarification to others on campus concerning programs, policies, and procedures; and performing other duties as assigned.
Salary: $30,160, with full college benefits.
