Students are expected to comply with all ASU Mid-South regulations and standards of conduct governing their enrollment as college students. Students or their high schools are responsible for transportation to and from the college and for the cost of textbooks and other materials required for college courses.
Important
This form must be completed for each semester of enrollment in college courses and be submitted by August 10 for the fall semester or by December 10 for the spring semester. Approved scholarship applications and other required materials must be received by ASU Mid-South prior to Regular Registration for the semester of enrollment.
