Description
This program is intended to provide general industry workers information about their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to identify, abate, avoid, and prevent job related hazards. This training helps build a culture of safety, personal responsibility, and positively affect employees’ morale and productivity.
OSHA 10 hour Outreach Training Program consists of mandatory, elective and optional topics (Introduction to OSHA, Walking/Working Surfaces and Fall Protection, Exit Routes/Emergency Action Plans/Fire Prevention, Electrical, PPE, Hazard Communication, etc.). The training is conducted by an OSHA-authorized Outreach trainer and will consist of 3 sessions (all sessions must be attended to complete the training). After successful completion of the program, each participant will be issued a training completion card.
