Starfish
Starfish is a student success management application that assists colleges to achieve increases in retention rate, exceed graduation rate goals, and set the standard for student success in higher education. Starfish facilitates communication among academic advisers, instructors, students, and others who support student learning. At ASU Mid-South, Starfish will support data-driven student services identifying what services and resources are most effective in helping students be successful.
TutorMe
TutorMe is an online education platform located on the ASU Mid-South website that provides on-demand tutoring. The platform allows tutors to share their knowledge 24/7 through the online platform accessed through Canvas and email.

To access TutorMe, click here. Just log in to any class through the Student portal and click on TutorMe in the left menu. Then click the green button that says “Connect with a Tutor.”
EMSI Career Coach
EMSI Career Coach is an online application available on the ASU Mid-South website which helps students find programs that meet their interests and help them make informed decisions regarding their career path based on current regional data. The application also guides students to the available programs and degrees at ASU Mid-South.

Quality Matters
Quality Matters is a nationally recognized faculty-driven peer-review process used to ensure the quality of online and blended course design. Quality Matters standards were developed and revised based on research and established standards in the fields of instruction design and online learning. ASU Mid-South has chosen Quality Matters to guide professional development for instructors of online courses.

GradReady
GradReady is a cost-effective, turn-key solution presenting the topics students need in order to improve persistence and completion. The lessons cover critical topics students need to achieve academic excellence, borrow responsibly, and develop life management skills to successfully navigate college and beyond. All entering students at ASU Mid-South are required to enroll in a 1-credit College Success course. GradReady is embedded within both the face-to-face and online versions of the course, and students are required to complete each of the five modules for a grade in each of the five modules.

Online Admissions
Students at ASU Mid-South have the option to complete required procedures remotely. Applications for admission, requests for transcripts, registration for classes, and other online services are available for students at ASU Mid-South.
24/7 IT Support Helpdesk
The 24/7 IT Call Center is a technical service offered to ASU Mid-South students for technical support. The online helpdesk offers students an experienced call-center team via web-based live chat, self-service, and email solutions.
